Located at 2311 18th St NW, just a short 1-2 minute walk from the main HighRoad building is our newest addition - the HighRoad Annex. Control your own stay with self check-in which means skipping the front desk, digital pin codes for entry, and everything you need for a great stay right at your finger tips.

The HighRoad Annex does not have its own front desk. The front desk at the main HighRoad building at 1804 Belmont Rd NW is happy to help assist with questions or concerns before, during, and after your stay. The HighRoad Annex is located in a historic building with no elevator - so accessing rooms requires stairs.

King Studio
A bright, private studio apartment facing the front street with neighborhood and sidewalk views. It includes a King Bed, sleeper sofa (full size), a kitchen, and a bathroom. The apartment can sleep 1-3 people. The bathroom has 2 sinks with ample space. The room features dimmable ambience lighting, blackout curtains, sheer curtains, portable luggage racks, ample hooks and hangers, a 50” Roku TV to stream all your shows plus over-the-air antenna for live local channels, free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, and a hotel-style digital safe. The bathroom features separate shower and toilet compartments, an adjustable shower head, and a hairdryer. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is provided. The kitchen contains an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and a refrigerator. A coffee maker is included.

The room is an upper level room and faces the private lightwell space in between buildings with typically little to no street noise.
