Group Reservation Information
All groups must fill out an inquiry form
Booking 10 or more spaces is considered a group
There is a 3 night minimum for groups
Group Payment Policies
Once you are ready to book, a 10% nonrefundable deposit is due to lock in and guarantee your reservations. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Group Cancellation Policies
If you opt for the discounted nonrefundable rate, your reservations are 100% nonrefundable and cannot be refunded, adjusted, or transferred no matter what without penalty.
Flexible rates allow for cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. However, the 10% deposit remains nonrefundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are not elligible for refunds.
Facility Information
Our coffee bar area has free coffee and tea 24/7!
We have communal kitchen areas with ample storage space, cook tops for prepare your meal, microwaves, toasters, and refridgerators to store cold food items. Food labels are readily available to label your group’s items if you need to store anything. The kitchen has tables and chairs to sit down and enjoy your meals or have small meetings.
Our living room spaces have lots of seating and space to work in. We have (2) guest computers, a small library, and plenty of outlets to recharge.
On warm weather days, we welcome guests to use our front patio that looks out onto 18th St!
Our common areas welcome everyone! These spaces will be available for all guests including those who are not in your group.
