The Akia Experience
A guest makes a reservation

Akia sends the guest a link to complete their guest registration
↓
The guest signs off on the HighRoad’s house rules, uploads their ID, and adds a payment method on file
↓
Akia sends the guest an Official Arrival Guide with important stay information, property information, and a full neighborhood guide
↓
On the guest’s day of arrival, the HighRoad will confirm their name and give them their keycard
↓
Guests are able to send staff members SMS or emails for 24/7 support
